Show summary “THE WIZ,” the Tony Award Winning and HIT Broadway show retelling of L. Frank Baum’s novel, The Wizard of Oz, follows Kansas farm girl Dorothy on her fantastical journey through the magical land of Oz. The dazzling score by Charlie Small, which mixes rock, gospel, and soul, and features the hit “Ease on Down the Road,” will have audiences jumping to their feet and dancing. This fun, hilarious, heart-warming, family-friendly, modern, and timeless tale reminds us there really is “no place like home.” It also reminds us that anything is possible, “if you believe in yourself.”
