El Rancho Charter School isn’t just a public middle school – it’s a community. Since opening our doors in 1976, we have aspired for our students to enjoy learning and achieve more than they imagined.
Students here at El Rancho learn how to be self-starters, goal achievers and break through limitations to reach new intellectual heights in academics and the Arts.
One of the biggest benefits of El Rancho is the wide range of options we offer our students. With electives of nostalgia such as Home Ec and Woodshop to the cutting edge of the future like App Development, various digital technologies and all the arts in between!
We also offer after school activities too: Robotics, environmental clubs, community outreach and a variety of sports. And, we are always adding more.
December is a special time for El Rancho, because we are close to the start of something new – not just a new year, but a chance to bring more students into our community, from outside the elementary schools that matriculate into our public middle school.
Open Enrollment begins January 13, and that means we will be accepting new students from around the Orange County area. You and your child can come tour the school and see what we have to offer. Applications will be available online beginning January 13, with informational sessions taking place the January 15 and 16.
Enrollment for El Rancho is simple. No application. No admissions test. No district approval signature. This is YOUR choice!
