Welcome to El Rancho Charter School!

We are looking forward to the 2024-2025 school year! Your student is currently pre-enrolled at El Rancho. Please follow the steps below to complete registration for your student. If you have more than one student attending El Rancho, complete the process for each student.

Step 1: Starting August 1st, complete the El Rancho Registration by clicking HERE

Step 2:  Log in to Parent Portal to verify your information, update Emergency Contacts, and print the Emergency Card.  Parent Portal Login

***Both Steps 1 and 2 must be completed prior to registration day on August 13th and 14th. ***

Step 4: Attend registration on your day and time to have your student take their picture, receive their ID card, class list, and textbooks, drop off any paperwork, and purchase uniforms.  Registration Dates and Times

Please make sure to bring the following documents with you to registration:

  • Emergency Card with your signature at the bottom
  • Immunization Records, if you have not already provided them.
  • Physician’s Request for Medication, if necessary.
  • California Healthy Youth Act Form
  • Purchase Order Form

Interested in attending El Rancho or have you moved into the area over the summer?  Please follow the directions below to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year.

Step 2: If El Rancho is NOT your “home school” begin the Open Enrollment process.
