Welcome to El Rancho Charter School!
We look forward to having your child join us for their middle school years. In addition to the core curriculum of English, math, science, history, and physical education, we offer a wide variety of elective classes. Students are able to explore their interests and discover their passion. Incoming 7th graders and new 8th graders should follow the steps below to begin the registration process. Current El Rancho 7th graders will receive registration materials for the 2024-2025 school year at the end of February. Canyon High will provide registration information to 8th grade students in early March.
Step 1: Review the 7th Grade Information Night Presentation
Step 2: If you are new to OUSD or do not attend our feeder schools, join us for a campus tour. Sign up for a tour HERE
Step 3: With your student, review the electives overview for the 2024-2025 school year. Elective forms and applications are due by March 8, 2024.
Step 4: If El Rancho is NOT your “home school” begin the Open Enrollment process starting January 16, 2024.
